SALLY
Sally “boss lady” Fryer, is the owner of Total Look and has been for 22 years! So of course she has over 25 years’ experience as a beauty therapist under her belt. Although she loves all aspects of the trade, her passion lies within skincare. With close ties to brands Guinot, Phytomer and Crystal Clear, Sally is always on the lookout for any exciting changes within the brands. Probably because if a new facial is to be released, Sally gets to have it done. She claims that facials are her favourite beauty treatment, but nobody is sure if she means that as the therapist or as a client, the same goes for massage.
Age Logic from Guinot and Phytomer’s Toning Body Scrub are Sally’s favourite products.
Sally’s other passion is live music and shows, whether it be a cover band, the real deal, stand-up comedy or a play up in town, Sally will be there. She does plan to retire on a German Shepherd farm eventually.

The Team
Dani is the creative director of Total Look. With over 30+ years’ experience, it’s safe to say she’s dedicated to hairdressing. The only hairdresser we’ve seen to blow dry without a nozzle, Dani’s style, approach and expertise is invaluable to the team.
Up for a challenge, Dani loves to cut & restyle hair, keeping up with all the latest styles and trends. Her favourite product is the KMS Working Hairspray and says no other hairspray has such a good, buildable hold as this one. If we’ve ever run out of the Shellac shade ‘Unlocked’, just know it’s probably because it is on Dani’s toes.
Dani loves long walks around Windsor Park, whatever the weather, spending time with the dogs and anything spooky & spiritual!
Chanel is a beauty therapist, having 20 years’ experience in the industry, Chanel first beauty job was here at Total Look!
Our only beauty therapist to do lash extensions and micro blading, Chanel is the first to sign herself up to learn something new, always willing to train and better her abilities. Chanel is HD brow trained and finds herself a ‘brow expert’ and would say it’s her favourite beauty treatment to execute.
A lover of all things beauty, however, Chanel’s favourite product is Hydra Finish by Guinot, a tinted moisturiser that gives you a flawless, foundation like finish with an SPF.
If Chanel isn’t here one day, best believe she’s off jet setting. Chanel loves to holiday with her children, trying to soak in as many cultures and cuisines (cocktails) as she can.
Kelly has been a Senior Stylist at Total Look for 17 years. Leaving only to have her three children, Kelly trained up at Total Look & loved it so much, she never left!
The L’Oreal Steampod is Kelly’s best friend, Kelly uses this to style hair from straight, to wavy, to curly, not only on clients but on herself as well.
If Kelly isn’t running around after her three children, mentioned earlier, she’s usually watching The Office, on repeat. Still crying over that last episode, even after all this time. She’s also partial to a game of golf. No, not an 18 hole number, the crazy kind.
A senior stylist at Total Look, Sheryl has 20+ years’ experience.
Sheryl is a studier of all things colour. She may get told not to be on her phone in the breakroom, but at a glance you can see she’s looking up tips and tricks of colour correction. Usually given big colour jobs, Sheryl is always up to the challenge and loves giving advice on products and home haircare. An eco-warrior, Sheryl’s current favourite products are the environmentally friendly shampoo bars from KMS.
Always the first to try the newest colours and toners, Sheryl loves to experiment if not on her own hair, then on Charlotte’s. Meaning both of the girls often have different hair colours.
Sheryl owns a holiday table in Pret a Manger and can often be seen with Coconut Latte in hand.
Charlotte is our Front of House Manager. For over five years she has made sure that everything runs smoothly here at Total Look. She’s a friendly face when walking into the salon, very warm & always up for a chat, Charlotte never forgets a face and will make you feel welcome immediately.
She loves beer, The Beatles, Buffy the Vampire Slayer & Bill Murray (in that order). Her favourite products are the KMS Revival Crème and Phytomer’s Vegetal Exfoliant.
You may not always recognise Charlotte each time you come in, due to her constantly changing the colour of her hair. Her go to beauty treatment is always an eyebrow tint & shape with our resident brow expert, Chanel.
